Insurance Massage

We are proud to offer insurance massage in our clinic.

Insurance massage is massage billed to an insurance company, and are available in 60 minute sessions. As long as your insurance plan provides massage benefits, we can bill your insurance company for the session.*

Most insurance claims, including medical, Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims, and Labor and Industry (L&I) claims, require a prescription or referral from your primary healthcare provider- either your Phsyician (MD), Chiropractor (DC), Naturopath (ND), or Physical Therapist (PT). Please make certain you obtain one from them, or have them fax it to us prior to your visit.

As long as you provide us with your insurance information ahead of time, we can screen your insurance benefits as a courtesy to you prior to your visit. This is not a guarantee of payment, but will circumvent most billing hassles in the case that you do not have massage benefits.

Our practitioners are preferred providers with the following insurances companies:

Aetna
Cigna
Corvel
First Choice
GroupHealth Cooperative
KPS
Regence
Uniform
UnitedHealth

All auto insurances, State Labor and Industries, and Worker's Compensation.

If you don't see your insurance listed, please contact us to see if we accept your insurance! We can also verify if the therapist you would like to see for treatment accepts your insurance.

* Not all insurance plans offer massage as a benefit. We will need to call your insurance and check if you are unsure of your benefits. Please note that obtaining this information from your insurance provider is not a guarantee of payment, and in the case that massage therapy is not a covered benefit you are ultimately responsible for the payment of your massage session(s).
